I'd like less character slots dedicated to character forms and more concrete skill sets for each character to cut down on the amount they have.
For example, there are like 6 Gokus, 4 Friezas, and 2 Cells all taking up character slots. Goku's primary character slot has like 20 different fucking loadouts too. It's just too fucking much. Cut it down to 2 Gokus and give him like 6 loadout max. Frieza and Cell should have one slot each with like 3 loadouts each.

I actually went full fucking autistic and did a massive transformations write up back when Xenoverse first came out. Here's a short form of my ideas for forms.
>Transformations are no longer Ultimate moves and now take up their own Transformation slot. Things like SSJ3 or Cooler's Super Form are powerful enough to be classified as Ultimates still, but can be used alongside other transformations. Transformations like SSJ don't give free supers or ultimates anymore and don't drain ki instead they break when the character gets exhausted by having their stamina broken. Transformations are primarily power boosts.
Majin and Frieza's can customize their form appearance.

Every race gets access to a new redone Kaioken. Kaioken only comes in one form now and to access x3 or x20 you just tap the button once or twice more when transforming.

I hope they fix some of the armor outfits. On the proper characters, they're shown to be rather form-fitting but on player characters they're always bulky as fuck and it looks really weird.
