On the idea of programming an AI for sex, well, that depends on whether it's a program or a desire, doesn't it? If it's a behavior that they have no control over and you do with the push of a button or a command, then surely you're overriding any functions or desires at the moment that they might have. But since desires needn't be acted upon by rational beings, I don't think programming a desire into an AI is something that necessarily impinges upon their consent. Unless, of course, any programming of an AI is considered violating their (future) consent, which sort of plays into "I didn't ask to be born!"
