1 - Redrawn art.
>redrew the art for the Motivation scenes that might have caused issues due to their explicit nature.
2 - Terminology changes.
>This reduces the power distance between the player character and the girls in the Reformation Program and makes the activities of the game more consensual.
4 - No Motivation scene dialogue.
>Some of this could cause an issue with power distance, or perceived consent of the activities of the game.
[Q&A]
2. Why make changes to the game before it is even rated?
>Two main reasons: time and budget.

This some higher level of autism or something?

No, it's called pre-censoring your game before the ESRB looks at it so you don't spend time and money changing shit after they've reviewed it.
OP even fucking lists this reason why this shit is done.
>>339615004
It's all lies from them for PR desu
Nothing they changed would cause the game to have an AO rating. Just M. This is almost always the case.
They censored it because they felt it necessary to THEIR sensibilities.
It'll sell just as awful as CG1

So instead you spend time and money making changes the ESRB might not even have had a problem with in the first place.
Smart.

>ESRB might not even have had a problem with
I love your ignorance, but do love that you're willing to listen too.
These are publishers who have made more than ONE GAME. They are well versed in what the ESRB considers acceptable or not.
You know how when you're around your friends you probably swear a little more around them than you do when around your mother? It's because you know your mother isn't going to be as accepting of certain language as your friends are, so you fucking pre-censor yourself when around her instead of saying something like, "Fuck your scrub ass, faggot" and then receiving the negative feedback from her.
It saves time and money to do what you know you're expected of before hand.
Sure, your mom MIGHT not care if you say that shit in front of her, but chances are she will.

Lmao at your puritan mother tbqh

So they're going to get rid of all the bondage in the game from the looks of things from the picture, and no motivation scene dialogue makes it seem like they're going to get rid of the moaning too. Their explanation for the no motivation scene dialogue also makes no sense since they said the game will retain Japanese audio, and that they wouldn't be able to add subtitles to those scenes, so nobody would know what they're actually saying.
I'll never understand why they continue to do this when every other time they've preemptively censored something like this it absolutely bombed and they still have LEs up on their site for them.
>>339616391
Well you can actually just email the ESRB and ask them about small things like a picture and what not.
