I also have 200 hours in but I'm burnt out now, can't play any more
first like 30 hours was my first run being very thorough and doing everything with lots of coop
next 60 hours or so I was trying out different build types (dex, sorcery, pyromancy, luck/bleed build, double weapons, etc)
after that point I knew the game well so I made PvP characters and spent a lot of time doing PvP in various ways. Red eye orb, aldrich faithful, gank parties, hanging out in Anor Londo to fight faithful, etc.
Pretty much the replay value sucks shit but the PvP is fun if you hang out in Londo and can get large groups fighting

But the gameplay is puzzles and the story relies heavily on twists

SOTC has replay value because of it's incredible atmosphere and the unique feelings it gives me. I play through it once every year or two along with other similar masterpieces like Silent Hill 2. Beat ICO again last night.
This is kind of a stupid conversation since you could just list basically every adventure or non rpg narrative focused game ever made and that says nothing about the quality of those games.
Dark Souls 3 has the best PVE of the series I think, though I haven't gotten to play bloodborne sadly, which is my favorite part of the games so I am fine with less replay value in pvp.

I love das3 pvp.
First time it is actually challenging.
In other souls games you usually go in prepared and do nothing but beat the shit out of unprepared PvEfags.
In DaS3 it is fair game.
Ganks can beat me I can beat them.
The skill ceiling is so much higher and you become so much better at the game.
First Souls game in which I really liked invading.
