Tabata said Noctis was 7 by platinum demo and the Dawn trailer (Used same the model), and the dawn trailer has "15 years ago" so he;s 22 now. Glado said in the demo "You'll feel what it's like in 5 years" so that makes him 27.
When Nomura was relevant, he said Cor is 42, and later commented the he is 20 years older then Noctis.
So yeah, that's that.

Actually he said Noctis was 8 in Platinum demo, but PD takes place during Noctis's coma after his near death experience. In the kingsglaive footage from yesterday Luna mentioned her promise from Noctis from 12 years ago.
So Dawn trailer was 15 years ago but Noctis meets Luna 12 years ago right after he wakes from his coma.
About the Cor thing that was more him just giving an approximate age by saying he's around 20 year's older than the group, not really a specific age.

He wasn't, he was always 20. People just assumed he was 23 because the flashback in dawn trailer were 15 years ago and he was 8 in both plat demo and brotherhood opening. But we learned just yesterday that his relationship with Luna started 12 years ago and we knew from before that he only meets her after waking from his coma. So that means he is 5 in dawn trailer then 8 when his near death experience happens, then 20 main game.

The movie is only doing English lip sync because they used motion capture actors for it, the JP version of the movie is a dub over. It would be extremely expensive doing both English and Japanese lip sync for a full length feature CG film.
The game has lip sync for both English and Japanese though. I'll be doing Eng sub Jap audio on first playthrough then Eng audio second playthrough.
