I have one. The PSTV is so cheap I'd recommend everybody spend the like $20 to get one. If you need to buy a controller to use to use with the PSTV, the dualshock 4 works on PC as well so it's not a bad value at all.

Is it worth it to get a PS4 if you don't plan on paying for online? I'd just get it for weebshit and other exclusives. I don't want to pay for PS+ though, I have a PC already for online and multiplat games.
Actually the best time to buy one was right before Japan got their collective head out their asses and started porting all the decent translated titles either to the PC or a home console.
All but two of my games that I have right now can be played either on PC or a Playstation 3/4. I mostly consider it a minor unneded investment unless you really want the few titles that haven't been ported.

Honestly its not worth it even for someone like me that loved the PSP, some PSP games can't officially be played on the Vita. If it wasn't for my Vita hacks and my psp dying, it would not have been worth the purchase.
