SH4 comes to mind. Not really for any one moment of genuinely angry frustration, but just a long-term sense of it.

Sonic AdventureWhen your trying to get all the emblems, then you realize how tedious and broken it is.
Not probably the most frustrating but the most recent one that caused me utter frustration was Metal Gear Rising Revengence, went through tge entire game on the hardest difficulty without a single upgrade only using the base weapon (except for the part in the final fight where you get thrown Sams sword.) It was infuriating and I did it all because I thought it'd be a fun challenge.

Bowser vs Peach requires you to do good footsies. Stand still and shield you die, you got to shuffle and maintain space between you and her so even if she does shoot her turnips, you can react right rather than haver her stuck in your face. Its tough but definitely 60:40 worst.
Up angled f-tilt and dash attack are your friends here.
