Oh my god, yes. It is the only Far Cry game worth playing. You'll love its cheesy humor, and the game will be over long before it becomes a boring, grind that is the typical Ubisoft open-world affair.

Not in the 80's sense, necessarily, but in the "nonstop train of insane over the top ridiculous action bullshit" sense
It starts off with you jumping off a spaceship mid fleet battle and hurtling down to earth, and punching a contient sized monster in the face, and ends (with the DLC) with you flying across interstellar space blowing up planets and stars being thrown at you. and it doesn't let up for a single second between those two pointsexcept for a hot springs mission where you get drunk with sake and stare at breasts
