we did back in runescape days, it was a lot easier that way to convince people that we were duping items and shit. We had a lot of copies of items that people would trade to us to dupe that would test the water with lesser items to dupe, all it would take would be one "successful" dupe where their shitty adaman sword suddenly became two and then they would give you everything they had to get it doubled. I'd often give armor to my sister who would then wear it and give a copy to the other guy so they would think that there's now two pieces of armor because she is clearly wearing one and has another one to trade.
While people aren't as retarded online as they used to be they are still pretty retarded. Especially men around women in MMO's. Literally once she got in a skype call all she had to do to get on their accounts was ask to use them. She either said she wanted to powerlevel herself or try a high level job to see what class she wanted to play.
When I was living at my sisters place for a month because asbestos was in my old apartment complex and I had to move I watched her make a new character on maplestory, join a guild, get access to like 6 different high level accounts, clean them out (Tons of people didn't item guard their shit or only guarded 1-2 pieces despite some of their gear being worth some serious money), and then shuffle it around the characters eventually to several different new accounts and then sold a few pieces of the gear a couple weeks later.
I wish she'd try some of that shit on EVE because it seems like the perfect breeding ground to do the shit she does but she still likes playing mmo's with actual gameplay.
