OWB was the best DLC which isn't saying much as all DLCs were mediocre to bad.
HH had nice characters, that's about it, the map is sparse and boring.
Lonesome Road was clearly phoned in.
Dead Money sucked balls, the idea was nice but the execution was terrible and so were the maps. Don't make anything survival oriented in that engine, it's terrible.
OWB had a nice map and items but wrting went too far into the "lol so randum" territory. Also it was really unbalanced and it alone trivialized all of the game's content.
