I finished Jack nine tails on impossible mode with the default name "Jack".
From then on I just kept calling my characters Jack for no reason.

If female, Alice.It's my favourite female name.
I usually name them that even in fantasy settings. I'm not that imaginative.
If my character isn't white, I usually use a name generator in relation to what country they're likely to come from.
