It's a arena anime fighting game with actual combos and character uniqueness. Ninja Storm was fun and this is even better. If you don't like Storm you won't like this, if you do like Storm you'll probably like this. Plus it's a One Piece fanservice game, it's purely for the fans of the series.

I played the demo, hoping to really get into it since I really enjoyed Pirate Warriors 3. I'd never been into One Piece before playing that.
But I found that I didn't really like the 1v1 arena fight style of gameplay. Occured to me that I probably only liked PW because it was a musou title and I love those games

Don't have PS Plus, don't have friends to play with, don't have a PC capable of running it (I think, if it can't run on an APU from 2013 I'm out of luck) and if by some chance I could run it I don't want to have to deal with setting up controllers/etc just to play against hacking Mexicans.
