I beat her for the first time a few days ago. Basically, have no elemental weaknesses on your team, get immunity to death spells, have debilitate/luster candy, have a good healer, and have a good damage dealer.
Repel all doppelganger via demon codes.

Either cheat or grind. Unlike the rest of the game, you can't beat her if you don't fight random battles. This boss fight detracts severely from the game's overall enjoyability.
