The Viz translations of the manga still use Zolo.
I did when it came out and later replay it emulated on the psp. Pretty good overall and hard sometimes like in hard mode and the bosses.
Shame there wasn't a sequel since it ends in Loguetown. Playable Strawhats other than just Luffy would be neat too.
And the soundtrack is pretty good. Syrup Village and Loguetown part 2 are the best ones.

I know normal has you "level up" with new skills over time (i.e. how much money you have), but does hard take that away entirely? If so, that could be pretty tough. Some of the learned skills were good to combo with, but not having them pretty much reduces your damage output.

The problem is that East Blue characters these days are like a thing from the past, so devs don't want to make them playable or even use them despite when some of them could be cool to play with. Dressrosa had shitons of the caracters and I doubt they will even use half of them. Chinjao will probably be forgotten as Kyros will.
