Oldest game I legitimately still enjoy playing and ignoring "I feel good playing this because of nostalgia", I don't know. Hard to say how much is nostalgia and how much is genuine. Some still holds up really well, especially old multiplayer games, but that's harder to gauge too. Probably the oldest game I still REGULARLY PLAY, not just still enjoy, would be Doom 1.
