Exclusive classes for each character. There's no reason to use any maid besides Ist in 2 for example, she simply had a better unique skill compared to the others.

They were told that they were in danger of getting an AO if they submitted uncensored.
Technically that means that they didn't submit it before they made the changes, but in reality the only real difference is they just asked an ESRB rep what they thought the game would get which is really not that different from actually submitting it.

NISA pulled this shit which they lied about it. Atlus pulled the same shit. ESRB would've gave it an M rating anyway if left uncensored.

Friend, NISA has a history of being lying douchenozzles, ATLUS doesn't. Plus, consulting an ESRB contact before officially submitting is a very common praftice in the industry. Since submitting costs money (a LOT of money) companies naturally want to only submit once.
If ATLUS was really told that the images could possibly land the game an AO, tthen that's that.
