Are you implying Smash hasn't been okie guessing games, snap planking, overpowered recoveries, and generally floaty garbage since Brawl? Most of the characters got ruined beyond normal playability. Your fundamentals are quite good to be honest, like you got the basics of spacing and combat down a fair tune. My only major critique is, I am guessing, that you spread a ot of your time across characters. I would recommend sticking to your one or two favourite characters and go from there.
As for Mac, he is strange and can be very very annoying to fight. Don't try to get into a straight up fist fight vs Mac, you will lose cause of his armour. Instead, wait for openings or indeed, try to catch me off when I'm running around you but always stay patient. Watch your spacing abd be hyper aggressive in the air.
You won't win a straight up ground game so your objective is to get me off the ground through an attack and just hammer me. How this is to be done depends on the character but your Falcon, Fox and Ike seemed to put up the strongest show.
