And how come Ciel and Wallachia/Warachia are the only ones that dialogue shows up for? I don't even get Japanese, just empty text boxes.
You talking about the non-Steam version? Might want to check out the official release if you can. Also, how many people use that? I'm waiting to get it on sale, but I've heard it has lobbies, so I'm excited to check it out.

The pc release uses the level selection from the arcade version. It's missing quite a few stages, even ones you'd definitely expect to see like "classic" and "witch on the holy night".
If you boot the game via ccaster it'll have them though. The files are in the game but it's just not selectable for some retarded reason.
The latest english patch has dialogue for more than just those 2. In fact, wara got patched dialogue a lot later than some other characters. If literally no one else has it then something is wrong.

How am I supposed to do the "left, diagonal left, down, diagonal right, right" movement for the powerful attacks on a keyboard? I can never get it to do the right directions, let alone quick enough pull it off.
It doesn't seem to be able to register diagonal movement well.
