Bastion isn't necessarily bad. It's just when he's fortified and your team can't coordinate is when things get awful. A Bastion sitting behind the payload you're supposed to be pushing when Torbjorn's turrets on top of the fucking thing coupled with Reinhardt's shield, an irritating D.Va that's distracting you, a McCree hiding in buildings and one-shotting you and a Mercy feeding the Bastion an attack boost on the Hollywood map is just grounds for putting holes in walls.
Playing Overwatch alone made me truly realise how alone I am and how much I wish I had friends to play video games.

The further a Widow is away, the easier she is to work around because it usually narrows her angle of attack, though it still depends on the map. You want to force her to get closer into more dangerous positions to be able to affect you, and if she gets too close you can deal with her yourself. She still counters Bastion though, I'm not saying otherwise.
Hanzo still isn't shit. He will Fuck Bastion up via corner poking, but Bastion counters corner poking by just moving around. Poking is incredibly dangerous when you can't confidently peek out a set amount to throw a shot off.

Widowmaker is pretty much just a sniper rifle. Her other abilities are OK but they're just adjuncts for her gun.
Hanzo's sonic arrow can and should be spammed for visibility. Scatter arrow does great burst damage if you can aim it well. He can climb walls, which is handy. His ult can clear points without him needing line of sight.
Widowmaker is the better sniper, Hanzo has more tricks.
