What specifically do you have trouble with vs saus (aside from him just being a good player)? I find a lot of Marths fail to capitalize on edgeguarding Link; try going for a ledgehop backair or something when Link tries to hookshot to the ledge. Otherwise, stay close enough to punish a bomb pull and feel free to throw out fair->dtilt and other moves without any risk of retaliation. Or throw him in the air and keep him there. Don't forget that you can just swat down Link's projectiles. Many of Link's setups offer large punish windows if you don't DI the way he expects you to; for example, he may try to grab you after a fair at low % but depending on your DI / smash DI his hookshot may miss because you're airborne or you could spotdodge it, then have an easy punish. The matchup isn't as hard for Link as falcon/fox/sheik, but I think it's tough for Link once the Marth player figures out Link's gimmicks.

Fox could do it, since it's low level try and punish his mistakes. Dash dance and bait out moves with wavelands and fakeout wavedashes. Also don't forget you literally have a get out of jail free card with spotdodge shine. Spotdodge shine is seriously fucking broken. Defintely practice your punish game against him as well.

Fox vs Marth is very rock paper scissors MU in the neutral.
Both characters want to use their mobility to get a grab or snuff each other's approaches.
Try to mix up the range of your aerials and timing against Marth.
Laser camp a Marth to see what they do too.
You can interrupt sloppy dash dances pretty easily if you notice any patterns in thier movement.
Also remember to CC grab any bad approaches from Marth.
The three big moves in neutral that Marth wants to avoid from Fox are uptilt,up throw, and downtilt.
You have to take advantage of the fact that Marth has awful Aerial mobility.
Juggle that blue haired fuck boy as hard as you can.
I'm a scrub(the best I've ever done is make it outta pools at nebs.) so I would recommend watching matches of Mango/Leffen/SilentWulf to see how to beat Marth. The Fox guide on Smashboards is also pretty useful.
Remeber to use facebook too since there are tons of RD groups on there.

Depends on how much you play and how well you learn the game. It could take a year to git gud or it could take your whole smash career(no I'm not joking, Eikelman is an example of this). Melee isn't easy and not everyone has what it takes.

Johnny chokes all the time at locals vs players who aren't even ranked near him. He's inconsistent, inefficient, can still hardly edgeguard (even back when we used to play 64 on kaillera he choked on edgeguards), and has been slumping since 2014.
