Most of my friends have pretty broad range of taste, plus one female friend who's pretty chill when she's not being social justice-y and is really into Dark Souls.

Most definitely. A man like Einstein would be able to recognize its merits as the only series worth following besides Goemon.
He would be a staunch advocate for OoT being the best game ever, if only on the merits of its storytelling alone. OoT is the only game story to grasp actual time-travel physics.

I have three main friends that I've known since high school and my brother that I normally hang out with.
I have a friend that likes first person games primarily like Battlefield, Overwatch, and Skyrim. He hates anything associated with sexualing women (Witcher, Bayonetta) likes anime.
Then I have a friend that pretty much likes TF2 (and games like TF2) and nothing else. He has a good library of games (RE4, MGR, LA Noire, etc) but never finishes any of them. Buys Amiibos in bulk, likes anime/DC comics, and spends most of his time downloading porn while playing TF2 and Overwatch.
Third guy is a little more generic with worse tastes. Likes games like the Division, every call of duty, and the transformers series of films.
My brother primarily plays League of Legends but occasionally plays other games with us like Splinter Cell or Left4Dead. Likes sports (routinely plays fantasy football) and watches TV.
