Also, as far as weird west goes I read a neat book the other day. It was called Bloodrush, and was about the wild west expansion in a fantasy era.
The main gimmick was people drinking the blood of creatures to gain their powers.
Also it had a badass fairy.

1-4 player co-op based on Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles' gameplay. Explore the weird west in a caravan, gathering water supplies and whatever by going through areas/dungeons while fighting monsters. Guns with swords and magic thrown into the mix and all that.
