Personally, if it turns out to be true that Sony is throwing us shit once again in the form of a nigger sports game and a glorified demo then I'm finally going to give up and break my Piss4 with a hammer. Will post the wrecking video on youtube as well so that hopefully it goes viral.

I have very mixed feelings about 2k. Picked it up on sale. It's very well made and fun at times but holy fuck I hate basketball. I just think my hatred towards the "sport" just keeps me actually enjoying the game. Also the career mode left a very bad taste in my mouth. One cutscene ran for 25min and according to the game all white people are business owners that scream "MUH MONEY" all day, and all blacks come from the ghetto and speak slang. Also even if you make a white character he talks and sounds black, you have black mother and father, and you have a twin black sister.

Sony doesn't set those cut off points. It is the same reason why so many small stores used to not allow credit card use below a certain amount. Visa and other card companies charge a set amount per transaction regardless of the value of the transaction.
If you are paying less than the amount Visa is charging the only two options are for Sony to either not allow you to buy the small transaction or to force you above the Visa set price point. They can force you over by either raising the minimum price on everything or by giving you credit for the future.

C mon son, the last few months have been slower but there's been shit tonnes of big name titles that have been 10/10 on plus.
Recently rocket league, styx, transistor and from fandango have been excellent. Broadening the gap we've had dishonoured, ass creed IV, deus ex, the bioshocks, spelunkey, etc

Technically yes but Xbox 360 architecture was very similar to the Xbox One architecture. PS3 works on some crazy-ass bullshit cell architecture that nobody really fucking understands and is impossible to develop for or emulate. The PS4 is basically just a regular computer. But to explain my reasoning: I know about ALL AAA releases, and I buy the ones I'm interested in and ignore those I don't care about. So when MS offers me an AAA game that I don't yet own, it means I don't own it in the first place because I'm not interested in playing it. I knew about, say, Lords of the Fallen, but I have absolutely no interest in playing it, free of charge or not.
That's why XBLG free games aren't all that interesting for me. While theoretically they ARE better value for your money, they aren't something I'm interested in.
While PS+ gives me "shitty indie literally who shit", sometimes that indie shit is really fun and I simply didn't know the game existed in the first place, otherwise I would have bought it
