Fractals are amazing for noise dampaning. If you want less sound, get a better fan.

but once I saw how you need a heat gun and have to adjust the tubing yourself with heat I was like NOPE I'm not doing this

I have the Razer one, and I love it. It's clean, good structure, heavy and sturdy as shit.
I know, I know, Razer is shit, but I wanted to go with a black/green design for my build and I liked the colors better than the normal one with neon green trim. Plus, I'm a sucker for anything in matte black.
My only complaint is that it could have more ventilation.
