Meh, I'd say slightly better now that you can max cdr easily without having to run cdr runes so now players can go full AP scale and murder people's faces

Support Annie is dead. Now that her passive charges are displayed it's much easier to play around her. You and your support can just go complete ham when she's at 1 or 2 charges

She's a little less fun to play now that Tibbers burst was reduced and abyssal was buffed and given cdr making it more common to rush against Annie
You basically need your jungler to secure that first kill for you to get rolling which kind of sucks but Annie can still blow shit up when fed

The biggest.
The ABSOLUTE biggest issue I have with Dota is that you can't spend mana.
Because when you do, you lose your entire mana pool.
In league I can be annie and sling fireballs all over the place, clear minions constantly with my cone of fire, pop my shield literally every chance I get.
It feels way better to play like that.
When I went to play Dota, it was like 3 or 4 spells and you now had zero mana. And you couldn't cast any more spells until you went back to base. (And of course there isn't a back button. Shit sucks yo)
