Why are we assuming that there will be 6/7 fingers? It could just mean fingers as in people who act as her fingers, right? Not a literal meaning of 10 people doing her work. Even the covenant is called Rosaria's Fingers and I'm pretty sure there are more than 10 players in that covenant.
