It's always better to damage boost your allies than to take advantage of their high health and whip out a pistol. The 30% damage boost is insane when used well.

It'd definitely not your goal, but the pistol is useful when you're not a retarded console fag like him and are actually capable of aiming. It's got higher DPS and faster projectiles than D.Va's pistol, and you've probably seen how deadly that can be. It's usually better to be healing, but if you're team is all topped up don't be afraid to pull it up and drop a few shots down a corridor or something.
I generally pick tank but I base my decision on what the other people pick.

The importance of team composition is what's going to eventually make me lose interest in this game. I love the game, the characters, the abilities, etc. But there's some situations where someone on the team HAS to play one of the boring characters. Either that, or the team loses. I found a semi decent way to destroy a mei on arcade mode as Junkrat.
When she freezes solid, drop a land mine under her and a bear trap. When she comes too she will probably use her wall, time a grenade bounce and detonate the land mine at the same time, should kill her.
I had limited success using Zen + debuff + full orb attack or hoping that people will connect their attacks when shes debuffed desu.

Found Mei to be pretty good on attacking as well. Snipeciles can take out Widows on the rafter, the wall lets your team easily pass chokepoints and if you manage to get on the objective and drop the Q while your team is around it is a certain victory. Iceblock is awesome for stalling games as well.

Mercy for the direct heal, Lucio for the speed. The speed boost is absolutely killer for any scenario. And Winston only works with another tank when it comes to really competitive shit, i've noticed. If people actually decide they want to focus him, he's going to die. A second winston is the perfect complement w/ double the zap & another shield. With both of them around, people shit themselves which ends up charging his ult super fucking fast, meaning you'll always have an insane, unkillable raging monkey fucking up everyone.

Best way to get it is by getting to the objective to stop a cap after your team gets wiped. They usually don't expect you to fly in and undie the heroes. Just be prepared to kill over seconds later if they have any sense of skill.
