Learned pretty late on the game you can store food.
It's rather unforgiving for on-ground team, especially since after single player people are rather accustomed to being reckless. If the inmate guy stays in cover and guard guy just shoots everyone with his sniper it's piss easy, but you need to communicate the plan.

During this mission I learned I can eat food and also restore armor. I prefer the demos cause I can fly helos quite well. But now I have to be on the ground to help out.

i sometimes do them with my friends and we either end up retrying it 30 times while having fun every time (driving the 2 bensons on the train tracks to see who survives head on train collisions for example) or pretty much completing the criminal mastermind challenge without the reward because we've already done it
