Widowmaker is everything you want in a sniper. She instantly kills Tracer, Zenyatta and D.VA out of mech with a single hit anywhere, and kills everyone non-tank with a headshot. I agree that that's how you've got to play her, but the fact is that she just takes way too much damage and her weapons are too weak. If she were able to boost more often (say as often as Mercy can fly to a teammate) using her like she should be used would be much more viable; as it stands now, she can fly into the enemy team, dole out three or four hundred damage, then get killed by a Reaper in three shots. Loving my Russian bear lady. She's more of an artillery piece than straight tank. That MB2 grenade launcher is pretty much Junkrat's except it gets beefed up when the shields take damage. Her shields don't last long so drop them only when you or an ally are actually being attacked. Otherwise, hang back a bit and keep launching plasma balls to keep enemies knocked off balance, but don't hang with your own back line. You should be one of the first in a push, but your reactions gotta be good with the shield and to draw enemies back for your DPS to finish them.
Her ult pairs wonderfully with others, so use C commands to tell your team when your ult is ready cuz it's shooting fish in a barrel time.

Hard to say because your mouse will have its own sensitivity that you set via your OS and then the game has sensitivity settings as well.
That said I play at a medium-low setting which for me is 9 in game. You want it low enough that you can actually track a target without your cursor going all over the place but fast enough that you can swivel around 180 if someone sneaks up on you.
