You're not even trying to be accurate. You obviously don't know Bethesda well enough to know the only thing that ever improves in their games is world design and gameplay, while rpg mechanics, depth, and writing all continue to sink lower and lower and become more shallow

Melee in Fo4 and Skyrim is a downgrade from Fo3 and Oblivion. If not for VATS melee combat in Fo4 would be intolerable.

They literally just got v-sync into Windows Store PC games, I highly doubt they'll have something like that implemented. Bethesda has a pretty good relationship with Valve as well and Valve isn't going to do W10 exclusives since they don't particularly like W10.
