OP here. We'd been spamming pretty hard between Junkrat, Lucio, and Torbjorn (me). Then their Pharah and Hanzo landed two good ults that wiped us out and they ran the payload all the way to the end.

You do know molten core gives a massive boost, more than doubling health and armor and increasing the rate of fire of Torb's already great damage guns?

I can almost always dodge Hanzo's Ult atleast 90% of the time unless I get cornered down a hallway or something
And as for Pharah's Ult, if you're good enough you can take her down out of the sky in a second flat before she can really unload he ult -- if she does it flat on, just evade/flank as fast as possible and she will most likely be unable to sink in enough damage for a kill and you should be able to run up on her
