Chinese programmers can't pull off the shit they wanted to do.
Boss fights would've been nice. And the best dresses not being locked behind DLC would've also been nice. Apart from that, I enjoyed it, even if it didn't have much replay value.

This game would honestly have been better as a walking simulator, or maybe even a pure platformer where they took the time they spent on combat and made the platforming more interesting.

Very fond of that game.
The first one was one of my favorite games of its time, and Madness Returns still nails the world and creativity.
The combat is a downgrade, and the last chapter feels rushed, but otherwise it's a great game.
