anterior pelvic tilt is mostly caused by weak hamstrings and core, and tight lower back and hip flexors (although your hamstrings / quads are also tight since you sit all day so you stretch them too). That program helps all but strengthening hamstrings (glute bridges hit mostly glutes), so I'd add something that does that

I'd also add ab-wheel instead of side planks and supermans
