Honestly, I don't think so this time around. I don't see at any moment so far, from all the information we've been given, the party members ever worship the Phantom in any way. They look more "buddy-buddy" with each other from what I've seen.
And I doubt it'll be a P4-2. It's already a darker tone than P4 for starters. Not to mention we've seen more gloomy scenes than happy cheery ones iirc.
