actually whoever recorded the game used an ELGATO HD 60. Those capture cards will attempt to record at 60 frames per second when the source material is really 30 frames per second.
I ought to know because I have one and a youtube channel.
Also Uncharted 4 single player is 1080p, 30 frames per second.
multiplayer is 900p 60 frames

I can do the same thing with the motion-smoothing controls built into my TV. The game looks like shit with interpolated 60fps; it was not meant for that and it ruins the motion blur to the point where the game looks like it's having graphical artifacts whenever you turn the camera
