Actually, since that screenshot that's what I do. Obscuring ring, Untrue White Ring and I cast Hidden Body on myself.
I don't actually attack people, I just two-hand a buckler (for the hands clasped appearance) and calmly walk past hosts.
I'll take some screenshots next time.
