the difference in performance between 960m and 860m is literally 0-3%. 920 is a lot weaker than both of them, the cpu is absolute garbage as well. It will be playable on 30fps just fine though, blizz even made a setting to limit the framerate to that specific value

how it runs on 920m, ~40 fps, which means you want to limit to 30 to avoid input delay from oneframethreadlag when gpu is overburdened.

i played during the beta on my core2quad 2.6 ghz 560ti and 6gb of ram on medium low settings with characters set to high and I got a nice buttery smooth 50fpsish sometimes it'd drop down to a cinematic 30 fps though.
