To clarify, you can reflect his ult but only if you reflect the arrow that's fired before it turns into the dragon. He actually fires a normal arrow that can go through walls and headshot people before it turns into the dragon ult.
Pretty much anything that fires a projectile or a hitscan can be a reflected. The two things that come to mind that can't be are Zarya's laser and Mei's freeze spray. You can even reflect stuff like Widowmaker's mine as it's traveling through the air (it becomes your mine) or Junkrats mine as it's in the air (it's your mine, but doesn't go off until Junkrat right clicks).

Game takes place in a world where an OMNIC war just happened. Overwatch was a team that fought and won the war. Someone betrayed Overwatch and had Reyes and Morrison killed. The team splits up and they end up doing their own thing. Some of them turn bad, some turn good, and others retain neutrality.
I don't understand how the writing between Hanzo and Genji is "HORRIBLE". It seems pretty generic and tame. Hanzo kills Genji because he has to for "honor". He tells himself that it was the right thing and it was for his honor but it eats at him, which is why every year he goes back to the shrine to honor his brother.
