Well, the bass, acoustic are given for recording.
The two different electrics are the same model of guitar. They're used in different tunings during live shows (EADGBE and FACGCF), since they have locking nuts they're a pain to tune.
There are actually more instruments not pictured (cello, viola, etc).

Yeah, it's good. There are all sorts of incompatibility shenanigans with SNES games that use chips though. But the version of the everdrive that has compatibility with extra games costs like 100 bucks more, so it's actually cheaper to just get the regular super everdrive and just buy those incompatible games separately. And either way you'll need to buy SFX games like yoshi's island separately too.
I can't speak to any other krikzz products since its the only one I have, but he makes quality stuff.
