Anybody try the beta yet?
I think it's pretty awesome. Great optimization; runs smooth while looking amazing. Feels good on sim mode. More polish than any of the other sims on the PC(Assetto, PC Cars).

The AI is still Forza dumb though. Playing with most the driver assists off, and the driver in second place still flys off the road into the dirt. At least they aren't perfect/no fault drivers like Assetto, which is probably the best PC sim out right now.

Apparently that's due to some kind of 'unnerve mechanic' where driving behind them perfectly or aggressively makes them freak out and fuck up braking. Kinda like that one psych out thing in Burnout. Had no idea it was even in the game but its been around since FM4, I guess.

the game runs widescreen. just certain points where it gets cut off on the side, like the cinematics in a lot of games. the game actually looks like ops pic while its running though.
