From what I've seen it's basically SK but not as fun.
There's platforming sections with terrible cameras, the framerate is Burst levels at times, everything has Super Armor even the lowest level mooks, bosses aren't fun to fight they're just damage sponges, and the only anime characters are the main two and they're DLC.

EV feels like a zero-effort production all around, with all the reused maps and heart stories. Barely existent story where they still had the gall to make the ending to the festival the entire game was based around DLC. None of the major problems from SV were fixed and some deliberately made worse like the turtles.
