Wario Land is dead and WarioWare is a tech demo often put early into a console's lifespan to show what it can do with the exception of twisted which was made to show what gyro can do.
Since 3D is something not everyone can use and is a poor gimmick to make a lot of games out of, there's no WarioWare on 3DS
