If we count the fused person as a different entity altogether then what would likely happen is that Gotenks/Gogeta would get Ginyu's body and when the fusion wore off Trunks and Goten/Goku and Vegeta would reappear with the end result of Trunks, Goten, and Gotenks/Goku, Vegeta, and Gogeta all existing at once with Ginyu in Gotenks/Gogeta's body as their fusion.
