the issue is that spells in yugi cost fuck all to play where as in hearthstone and magic you need mana to pay for that shit, as a result a card that lets you draw 2 cards with no cost is incredibly fucking broken both for card advantage and the ability to thin out your deck because the card not only cycles itself but nets you +1card
