It's a great game. It's really shallow but each class is good for at least fifteen minutes, and with 21 classes that's over five hours of good times. Kind of a shame you missed the beta, you'll actually have to buy it now.

skill floor is as low as can be for an fps other than COD, if you know how to play shooters and pick a random guy you dont know how to play you will probably play the guy to 60% of his maximum potential
there are really weird mechanics for mastering a certain character though, theres a variety of weird finicky animation cancels you can do to maximize dps and match up specific tricks for outplaying
i guess my biggest tip is to use flanks as much possible but stay near the team, its really easy to get singled out and destroyed if you take a main entrance way alone

You have to be a waifufag or hate challenge to enjoy Overwatch. Nothing about the game is hard and it's really easy to go toe to toe with some of the best players on the genre because of counterpicks and the low skill ceiling. I can go an entire match with Hanzo or Widowmaker and not miss a single shot because everyone moves like shit, the only thing that stops me is a Genji, Winston tanking, or a flanker like Reaper.

The funny thing is I'm not even a sniper or someone with impeccible aim. It's just the game is so slow it's hard to not track headshots with ease.
The game is about counterpicks while following the objective towards the chokepoints, not individual skill or tactical teamplay. Burning ults at the end of a payload isn't something that takes brainpower.

Not hard at all. I let a buddy that never plays FPS try the beta. It just took him a bit to learn counter picks, when to use skills, and learn different roles. It's a team game so communicating with other players and not acting like an idiot will help.
