Actually, human flesh is EXTREMELY unhygienic, because you literally don't know where it's been. Unless you actually farm your humans, human flesh from a random person has similar risks as eating bushmeat. That shit can get you killed. Worse, 100% of pathogens on human meat would be contagious to you because, well, you are human too. While most parasites in chicken, fish and other animals are only partially dangerous because many of them are not able to live in a human body.
Humans are VERY dirty animals, especially compared to the controlled production of commercial meat products. Even if human meat was legal, meat from a random guy on the streets would likely not pass FDA inspection and would only be fit for petfood.
