...what? No, of course not. You can look at the game, and see it's not regular. I'm saying that the level of creativity isn't there, because the dev(s) working on the game are uncultured. And they can't quite capture the abstractness, due to the fact that they're too familiar with the setting. Whereas a Japanese man creating a US setting, would have those abstract qualities only a foreigner unfamiliar with the culture would think about.
They would do better if they spent some time in Japan, and then attempted to make a Japanese setting. Then it would truly be unique. But they probably won't do that, because that would be considered "appropriating" culture today.

The difference between WarioWare and Knuckle S is that there's more going on around the face on WW characters than there are with KS, so the giant noses don't come off as a nuisance and more of a complementary design choice. KS characters ONLY defining feature are their noses. Either they will take a third or three-fourths of the entire face, and they stick out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of their bland faces.
