I hope you're aware that Amy Hennig is directly responsible for the shitshowthat was uncharted 3. She was the director and main writer for that game while Druckman was making LoU.

I'd say UC is quite a bit better than a Transformers movie
They're more than competently made, they are the very best at what they set out to do. And as a 3D artist, I'd say ND are definitely some of the best 3D artists in the industry, if not the best. It's not enough to say their art looks good compared to other games, because besides that, it's very appreciable how much they do by hand compared to most big companies which nowadays typically just rely heavily on photogrammetry. They're really impressive games on a lot of fronts. Sadly the most lacking part is probably the shooting gameplay.

As someone who is a huge fan of the series, I hate quite a bit of Uncharted 3. That said, I think Uncharted 4 is one of the best entries in the series. I'm tempted to say I like it more that Uncharted 2, but I'll have to give it some time to be sure. You should definitely give it a chance.

I actually found the gunplay sections to be fairly challenging since you can turn off aim assist
even though the enemy AI is retarded the degradable cover and the fact that there is always a way to get flanked made the sections pretty tough sometimes
