I don't, but it's either get the older one and 3-4 games or the new one and 1-2 games
Worth upgrading battery life is great and buttons feel good. Loading times reduced and jist feels great overall handling it
You like having SNES games on the go?
Do you already own an XL? Then not really unless you want Smash to load a bit faster and play a gimped port of Xenoblade.

Depends. The extra joystick is nice if you want to play the new Monster Hunter but it's not necessary. As far as I know the only game that actually can't run on a normal 3DS is Xenoblade.
Personally I don't think I'll be getting one.

I doubt there will be many exclusives. It would be foolish for them to split their market too much as there are a whole lot more 3DS owners as there are N3DS owners.
