It's fun. You can only do the government quests on normal and not One Person mode or whatever it is, so it can be pretty tough.
They have a double exp event going on though so that's nice for catching up a bit.

I'm saying that I could help sign up for PSO2, because the message about your location is probably not an IP block. SEA and China are blocked, though, so if you are from there you shouldn't even be able to check their site.

Don't know anything about registering on Ephinea, it should be very simple. Though it sounds like a really strange coincidence for them to start giving out the same error as Sega.

I made it for PSO1. If you're having trouble registering then it's 100% for PSO2.
You can set up PSO1 in like 10 minutes.
